The Service is a mobile application that provides workout logging, analysis features, AI-powered information, and social networking functions.
The Service does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You use the Service at your own risk.

2. Eligibility and Age Restrictions

  1. The Service is not available to individuals under the age of 13.
  2. If you are between the ages of 13 and 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the Service.
  3. If the applicable laws in your region specify a different age requirement, those laws shall take precedence.

3. Accounts

6. Payments and Refunds

  1. Paid plans are provided through the App Store’s subscription system.
  2. All billing and refund matters are governed by Apple’s App Store Terms of Service and refund policies.
  3. We do not process refunds outside the App Store.

7. Medical Disclaimer

  1. The Service may include information related to fitness or health, but it is not intended as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
  2. If you have concerns about your health or physical condition, consult a physician or qualified professional.
  3. We are not liable for any injuries or health issues resulting from workouts performed using the Service, except in cases of gross negligence.

8. User Content and Rights (Social Networking)

  1. You may only upload or share content (including images, videos, and text) that you own or have the rights to.
  2. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute it within the Service.
  3. We may remove any content that infringes the rights of others without prior notice.

9. AI Features Disclaimer

  1. The AI features generate recommendations and information for reference purposes only. We do not guarantee their accuracy or safety.
  2. You are solely responsible for any actions you take based on AI-generated content.

10. Service Changes and Termination

We may change, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any damages arising from such actions, except in cases of gross negligence.

11. Disclaimer of Liability

  1. We do not warrant that the Service will always be accurate, safe, or free from errors.
  2. We are not liable for damages resulting from your use of the Service, except in cases of gross negligence.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in our place of business in Japan.
